1. Eligibility

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Company does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register for or use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is an online entertainment and communication platform that allows users to:

• create and manage profiles;
• browse profiles;
• communicate through platform features;
• purchase Credits for certain paid features;
• obtain VIP status or other premium functionality where available.

The Service is provided for entertainment and social interaction purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee:

• romantic relationships;
• responses to messages;
• compatibility with any user;
• real-life meetings;
• any specific emotional, personal, or social outcome.

The Company does not arrange, guarantee, or facilitate in-person meetings between users.

3. Entertainment Service Notice

You acknowledge and agree that the Service is designed primarily for online communication, interaction, and entertainment.

Use of the Service does not guarantee that any interaction will result in a real relationship, offline communication, or in-person meeting.

You further acknowledge that user experience on the platform may differ from user to user, and the Company makes no promise regarding the outcome of any communication or paid feature.

4. Moderated Interaction

To maintain platform activity, service quality, security, moderation, and customer experience, the Service may include:

• real users;
• moderated interaction;
• operator-assisted communication;
• customer support intervention;
• automated moderation or fraud-prevention tools.

Some communications, responses, or interactions may be managed, assisted, reviewed, or generated with the involvement of moderators, operators, support staff, or automated systems acting on behalf of the platform for entertainment, moderation, safety, or support purposes.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that not every interaction necessarily constitutes direct one-to-one communication with the profile owner.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• keep your account information updated;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• create an account using false or misleading identity information;
• create multiple accounts for abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
• transfer or sell your account to another person.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or create legal, financial, or security risk.

6. Credits

Certain features of the Service require the purchase and use of Credits.

Credits are virtual units that may be used solely within the Service for eligible paid features.

Credits:

• have no monetary value outside the Service;
• are not personal property;
• cannot be transferred between users;
• cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law or at the Company's sole discretion;
• may only be used within the Service.

Credit Packages

The following Credit packages may be available (see Pricing for details):

• 8 Credits — 8 USD
• 40 Credits — 35 USD (0.88 USD per Credit)
• 88 Credits — 65 USD (0.74 USD per Credit)
• 120 Credits — 85 USD (0.71 USD per Credit)

Prices, package sizes, promotional offers, and feature costs may be changed by the Company at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

Credits are considered consumed once they are credited to your account and/or used for paid features within the Service.

7. VIP Status

The Service may offer VIP status or similar premium account functionality.

VIP status may provide benefits such as:

• increased profile visibility;
• enhanced promotional placement;
• other premium platform advantages as described on the Service.

The exact scope, availability, and duration of VIP benefits may change at any time.

8. Payments

Payments for Credits, VIP status, or other paid features are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe.

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
• the payment information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

The Company does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel transactions where fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or legal non-compliance is suspected.

9. Digital Content Notice for EU Users

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you acknowledge that digital services and digital content purchased through the Service may be made available immediately after payment.

By purchasing Credits or other digital features, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply once performance has begun.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, purchases of Credits, VIP status, and other digital features are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted only:

• where required by applicable law;
• in the event of duplicate payment or verified technical billing error;
• at the Company's sole discretion.

Once Credits are credited to an account or used within the Service, they are considered provided digital services.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for digital services that have already been provided, made available, credited, or consumed through the Service.

If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute after receiving Credits or access to paid features, the Company may, to the extent permitted by law:

• suspend or terminate your account;
• revoke unused Credits;
• restrict future purchases;
• provide relevant records and usage information to the payment processor in response to the dispute.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit other users;
• post illegal, fraudulent, offensive, or misleading content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• use the Service for scams, fraud, extortion, or deceptive activity;
• upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or collect user data without authorization;
• use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the Service unlawfully;
• violate any applicable law while using the Service.

Violations of this section may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, termination, or legal reporting.

13. Monitoring, Safety, and Moderation

The Company may monitor, review, restrict, remove, or investigate accounts, messages, content, transactions, and activity on the Service where reasonably necessary to:

• prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
• enforce platform rules;
• maintain platform security;
• respond to complaints;
• comply with legal or payment processor obligations;
• support moderation and service quality.

The Company is not obligated to pre-screen all content or communications and does not guarantee that all prohibited conduct will be detected or prevented.

14. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to the Service, subject to the rights granted below.

By posting, uploading, or sending content through the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, distribute, and use such content as necessary to operate, secure, support, improve, and market the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and use such content.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

The Company does not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted;
• user communications will produce any particular result;
• any profile, message, or interaction will meet your expectations.

The Company may suspend or limit the Service temporarily for maintenance, technical, security, business, or legal reasons.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:

• your use of or inability to use the Service;
• user behavior or user-generated content;
• any interaction between users;
• payment disputes or processor actions;
• technical failures, downtime, or service interruptions;
• account restriction, suspension, or termination consistent with this Agreement.

To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company through the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 USD, whichever is greater.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if:

• you violate this Agreement;
• the Company suspects fraud, abuse, or illegal conduct;
• your payment is reversed, disputed, or rejected;
• your conduct creates legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk;
• such action is required for safety, moderation, processor compliance, or legal compliance.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination or suspension does not affect any payment obligations that arose before termination.

18. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and functionality, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by the Company.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also benefit from any mandatory rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to the Agreement

The Company may update or modify this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Service with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

21. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
